I thought I was in week 10 of 12. As it turns out, I'm in week 9 of 12. It's not bothering me, mentally. Just a little annoying.
The twenty minute run was not as terrible today. Then again, I went out at 8:30 am as opposed to 11 am, which made a big difference in temperature. I would have to say, at no point the in the process have my muscles been more than just a little sore. So I'm pleased with the build-up of the program. Slow and steady has been great.
