Spinning my wheels

So now what?  In a little less than 3 months, I'm doing the MS Cox Atlanta ride (you want to contribute...go to www.causeofcarol.com).  The most I've been on my bike in years and years was when doing the triathlon.  So you could say that I need to do some cycling training.  The ride is 35 miles on the first day then 25 miles on the second day.  Now that I've accomplished my first goal to get running, I'm alternating running and cycling days.  Today was the first day of cycling.  I felt pretty good.  My upper legs were a little shaky when I got done.  But it didn't last too long.  Overall, I felt pretty good.
