Taking it easy

Relatively speaking.  At this point in the training program, I'm supposed to alternate just running days (with short walking warm up and cool down) with just walking days.  And the walking days are for just 15 minutes.  I can't do just 15 minutes of walking.  At a minimum, I want to do 30 minutes of walking but that doesn't seem like enough.  So I'm doing a little bit more than just walking.



Today's workout:
(1W/30 sec R)x10, 15W
weather: sunny and hot, but not too bad
distance: ~2.2 miles
