Today was supposed to be my off day for the week. I planned it that way due to happenings at work. Then said happenings changed. But I wisely took my gear to work with me in case there were any changes. Good planning on my part. And I had been concerned about whether I would be able to get in my workout tomorrow. Now it doesn't matter. Tomorrow can be the off day. But I'll still take my gear in case stuff changes again.

weather: sunny. hot - but it hasn't seem quite as hot this week. It's only been a couple of degrees cooler (maybe) this week. So I don't know if it's that or if I'm just getting used to running in the heat
