And the beat keeps running, running...

I'm very proud to have progressed as far as I have in the almost 10 weeks I've been doing the walk to run plan.  And as the end of this training program is now much nearer than not, I have no plans on stopping.  And I have loftier goals on the horizon (like the MS Bike ride in the fall.  Care to contribute?).  Carrying on...

No workout tomorrow.  But I purposefully planned my week to account for it.  No worries ;-)
