And I don't mean in the weight loss sense. I mean it was HOT today. And I still went out there. Today, the run was kicked up a notch to 20 minutes of continuous running bookended by 5 minutes to start and end. And at the end, I was sweaty from head to toe. Running in 90 degree weather will do that to you. And I tell you what, the last five minutes I had to dig deep. Phew, and it's supposed to be hot for the rest of the week.
