I took my planned off day yesterday, so it was back to races today. I can definitely see improvement from when I did my first 20 minute stretch last week to my 20 minutes today. Even though it was still hot today and I even went up and down some hills, I didn't feel like I was suffering in the last 5 minutes of the run portion like I did during the first time I did it (and that was all flat). So I'm going into this weekend's triathalon feeling good about the run portion. The challenges will be the swim and bike portions (haven't done any training on those) then having to run after already doing all that. It's all going to come down to pacing. Don't burn out too quickly. Tomorrow is a light running/walking day.
