Thank the Saints

I'm not Catholic, but I'd like to take this chance to thank Saint Medard of Noyon, who it both patron saint for good weather and patron saint against bad weather.  One of the stories associated with him is that he was once sheltered from the rain by a hovering eagle.  I have been extremely fortunate in that during the three full weeks since I began working out, it hasn't rained during my chosen exercise time.  Knock on wood.  Be with me Saint Medard.  It's not to say that it hasn't rained at all.  In fact, the area has had some nasty storms (not as nasty as others and even less so where I am).  And there may be some severe weather in the next couple of days.  As long as it isn't raining during my designated workout time (generally, between 11 am and noon, or so), I'm a happy camper.  So, Saint Medard be with me!

Today's workout:
5W, (1R/4W)x5
Distance: 2.3 miles
Weather: Sunny
