This week was devoted exclusively to running. My bike is still at the shop getting new tires and getting a new drive train courtesy of a recall. Hopefully, I'll be getting it back tomorrow. Then we'll see if I get a speed improvement with the new road tires.
A couple of days this week were actually not quite as humid. I could feel the difference, but it wasn't enough to make a large difference. I'll be glad when it gets cooler.
Monday: 2.33 miles, ~30 minutes
Tuesday: 2.57 miles, ~30 minutes (one of those less humid, marginally cooler days)
Wednesday: 2.44 miles, ~31 minutes
Thursday: 2.45 miles, ~30 minutes
Friday: 2.52 miles, ~30 minutes
Saturday: rest
Sunday: 5.47 miles, ~1 hour, 5 minutes - This is the farthest I've run to date.
